I ordered my swimsuit on May 20 as I was flying out on May 28. Paid for express postage but did not receive bathers until June 2 while I was overseas. .Emailed 3 times to enquire about the delay and had no reply on any correspondence. Disappointing.

We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience and completely understand how disappointing it must have been not to receive your order in time for your trip.
We just want to clarify that your order was fulfilled within 24 hours of being placed. Unfortunately, there were severe floods in the Mid North Coast of NSW during that time, which significantly disrupted Australia Post’s delivery network — something that was sadly out of our control.
We also want to note that we replied to all three of your emails and suspect our responses may have landed in your spam or junk folder. Please feel free to check there — we always aim to respond promptly and keep our customers informed, especially during unexpected delays.
