Content Creator & Community Manager - Soulsister Australia
Casual / Part-Time | NSW Coast / Remote
Soulsister Australia is a women's swimwear and activewear brand built for the surf, the studio, and everything in between. We're looking for a creative, camera-confident individual to join our small team and help bring Soulsister to life online.
What you'll be doing:
- Creating photo and video content wearing Soulsister pieces
- Managing our Instagram and TikTok presence - posts, Reels, Stories
- Sourcing and managing relationships with external content creators and micro-influencers
- Responding to comments, DMs, and customer enquiries in a timely and on-brand way
- Supporting general community management and customer service
You're a great fit if you:
- Are comfortable in front of the camera and live an active lifestyle
- Have a passion for yoga, Pilates, surfing, diving, or anything ocean or movement related
- Love social media, content creation, or digital marketing
- Are studying marketing, communications, or a related field — but not required!
- Are organised, self-motivated, and can work independently
Hours: Casual or part-time - flexible to suit your lifestyle
Location: NSW Coast (Sydney, Newcastle or Crescent Head area) preferred - remote considered
